Add Gemfile & Update Readme Installation with RVM Gemset Instructions

Since our dependencies are currently all gems, let's add a Gemfile!

@meiqimichelle - what version of Ruby are you using for development?

Looks like ruby 2.0.0 -- this is not something I actively track, though....my ruby skills revolve around using gems, and when stuff breaks, checking to see if there is a versioning problem (not actively choosing which I should be using).

Cool. I will update the documentation with links to RVM and instructions on setting up a gemset specifically for site development for those interested.
