Can we combine these into one account so we're a bit more consolidated?

I looked into this when I had duplicate events being created every week, but I am not familiar enough with the Google Plus event workflow to know if they are as compatible to consolidate.

If Tank is willing to subscribe to the Google Calendar, he may be able to invite users (or members in the Google Plus community) to the existing events instead of creating new events.

Also I apologize for dropping off the map, but my department lost a developer and we are scrambling to meet deadlines and fill the position with students. I am currently putting in a lot of extra hours.
