Don't show a 500 error when LDAP logins time out #154

We just had a transient failure of LDAP to log in, but instead of giving a useful error message, it showed the crashing trucks 500 error page. We should do better...

Redirect back with flash, flash should suggest "please contact a professor or site admin"
