Improve/refactor ShooterCell: consume single data prop, show tags + hover tooltip with % for all 3 classifications (HQ, CurHHF, Rec)
ShootersTable: Add differences between HQ and CurHHF OR Rec, no need to compare CurHHF-vs-Rec (except to shit on the org/Jake, but whatever, we're over this, progress)
ShootersInfoTable: restyle into 2 columns instead of 3, remove dupe data, improve card look and UI
ShootersTable: remove rank & percentile columns, instead use only index and percentile depending on current sort mode for rank/percentile lookup of your choosing
ShootersTable: remove some other older columns that I don't find super useful
