Safari disappeared from my dashboard and my app home button. I want to reset to factory settings please.

Hey! This issue isn't related to CodeHub, but to reset your iPhone go into Settings - Reset. You can also reinstall Safari or another browser (eg Chrome) from the App Store. Hope that helps!
