Katja/inertia login #48

Set up DB for this -seems best to pin mysql version to 5.7; php 7.2 has problem with the default mysql 8 authentication method; superuser can be created via artisan command, and can log in using the form built by Roopa; mentor and meentee form have own pages visible to logged in users
