As a new contributor I want to read a wiki page to help me get up to speed with contributing to the project #21

In order to help new comers contribute to the project we need a wiki page to cover the tools and fundamental concepts involved.

Perhaps the page should be call 'Prerequisites'.

Use the wiki on this repo.

I have started this - and now also called it Prerequisites, I had forgotten about that! @rinse0ut would like to hear your opinion, is it too much about JS basics?
