Issue Cee Headers are placed inclined when there is a CMU wall at start. Or end.

The Cee header at CMU wall is still being placed in inclination in Y axis. Please take a look.

Tried to test with latest code and did not see inclined headers If you see the issue after testing with latest file mark a cloud in Z:\Tickets\RA#40\129-FBC#23095 Stor-Now Fort Myers - For Construction-07.14.2023_detached File and move it back to In Progress

Working Properly
