Bug: Cee Header bugs in Sample Project #48

Issue: 1.Eliminate Cee Header in CMU wall

  1. Terminate Cee Header at face of CMU wall
  2. Cee Headers are placed wrong location (On LB walls)
  3. Adjustment Mode is not working in roof level. When we run the adjustment mode, all created posts are placed at single location

In this project, there is CMU wall exactly matching that of LB line. In such cases when we add both CMU points and LB points Hence additional header are placed. This condition was not know at the initial stages of design and development If this has to be implemented, we might need major changes in design. Please add this to NLB + LB enhancement feature
