[Proposal] Sinhala Font Directory #3

Make a repo with list of Sinhala Fonts

There might only be few open fonts I think ?

this is the cleanest display font, in my opinion: https://www.google.com/get/noto/#/family/noto-sans-sinh

Yea was one of the first things @keshan pointed out, @hliyan any more which are open source?

try the language lab at UCSC - http://www.ucsc.cmb.ac.lk/ltrl/?page=downloads but they haven't updated their page in three years

@keshan @pasindud Is this Project going forward? I work for Google Fonts and would like to take this forward with you guys. Let me know and checkou

But first,

Noto Sans Sinhala which @hliyan pointed is the only open source font that is good quality.
I have started converting old Sinhala fonts to Unicode and highe quality. Here https://github.com/mooniak/nidahas-fm-abhaya
And a demo is here. http://mooniak.github.io/sinhala-web-fonts-demo/

If we can do a hangout or meet in Colombo, we can discuss what is the best thing to do. But I dont see a point in making a directory for old ASCII fonts anymore.
