Project setup with sbt and submodules
common configuration in project/ folder (build-build)
HelloWorld example in Scala
HelloWorld example in Scala with Akka

Open Issues

[x] Tests run successfully with IntelliJ, but not with sbt test

I would use the Hello World example as a starting point for later work (so actually it will be changed or removed with future commints/PRs). Are you OK with that?
