Rename deployment to cluster-build

• Renamed model.
  • Removed few fields that we don't need for now and which can be added later.
  • Added comments what properties are mutable and what are not
  • Tried to distinguish between mutable and immutable props of services using k8s pattern: spec and state.

NOTE: I think service.spec should also have envs and ports. we would have them after parsing is done.
