Output of warnings #44

When ataru converts an validation (see #30), in some cases a warning is generated by TestConverter. Currently only the status :ok is checked. In case of a warning the user should be notified that a validation was not processed.

This is handled in #16

There is no warnings anymore (after changes to TestConverter).
