Profile updates #23

  1. Profile pic shows on Profile page and Edit profile page
  2. Log out completed
  3. Added toast for all the setting buttons that aren’t yet implemented
  4. Movie items created on parse server when Rec Star button clicked. Pointer to movie added to user recommendations, and user pointer added to item Rec by list.
