Add User : UI Issues #12

@qianqian121 There are few UI issues in the add user screen :

  1. Pressing back button shows a blank White screen
  2. Can you make the dialog fragment full screen or may be a list view within the activity ?
  3. The FAB button is overlapping the user names, can you please position it with the material design guide lines ?

move the fragment to activity.
