A handful of small changes

These are some things I did while working on #3 (and a bigger refactor). I wanted to separate these changes so that the upcoming PRs won't be too big.

Here are the changes:

• Round popover coordinates
• Remove unused variables
• Use mix-blend-mode: multiply instead of darken
• Add localStorage debugging buttons
• Make the marker/arrow popovers a little nicer

There's a bit more detail in the individual commit messages, but I'd like to flag an important one: the move from darken to multiply is a good one in terms of readability, but we'll have to figure something out for the dark color theme
