ES2020 Optional Chaining을 사용하기 위해 @bable/preset-env, core, react를 업데이트
작성 페이지와 소개 페이지에 e2e 테스트 추가
ThemeToggleContainer 컴포넌트를 생성하여 컴포넌트 재사용화
AppBlock => GlobalBlock으로 컴포넌트 명 변경
