Implementing a feature to reset all filters and return to the unfiltered recipe list

Scenario:

User applies filters and then decides to reset all filters

Given:
- I am viewing the list of recipes in the app
- AND I have applied some filters to my recipe search
When:
- I choose to reset all filters
Then:
- All filters should be cleared
- AND I should see the original, unfiltered list of recipes
