Implementing a feature to handle resetting filters when none have been applied

Scenario:

• User decides to reset all filters but no filters have been applied

  Given:

  • I am viewing the list of recipes in the app AND I have not applied any filters to my recipe search

  When:

  • I choose to reset all filters

  Then:

  • No change should occur in the list of recipes
  • AND I should not see any error or confirmation message
