Implementing a feature to sort recipes by the number of steps in descending order

Scenario:

Sort recipes by the number of steps in descending order

Given:
- I am on the recipe list page
When:
- I select 'Number of Steps - Descending' from the sort dropdown
Then:
- I should see the recipes listed in descending order of their number of steps
