Preserve filter state in URL

Scenario:

• URL preserves filter state when using filter function

  Given:

  • I am filtering recipes

  When:

  • I have submitted my filters

  Then:

  • the url should preserve the filter results

• When I copy and paste the url of the search results after using the filters overlay I get the same results as on the initial page BUT when I open the filters overlay all the selected filters do not display

• When I have selected some filters AND then do a text search on top of that AND then copy and paste the url, the filters results are persistent, but the text search element of the results are lost and the inputs in the filters overlay and text search are also not persistent

• When I use the text search on it's own and then copy and paste the url the search results do not persist. They show for a moment and then disappear
