Improving styling of filters overlay

Scenario:

The instruction 'sort by' functionality is centred
AND has a label stating 'Sort by: Date/Prep Time/Cook Time'

Given:
- I am on the search/all recipes page
When:
- I open the filters overlay
Then:
I should see a centred 'Sort by' input with a label on the left that states 'Sort by: Date/Prep Time/Cook Time'

Please add a default option for no sorting
