Improving search history styling

SCENARIO:

Search history dropdown displays over tags not under
AND 'close' is replaced by 'x' in top RIGHT corner
AND drop shadow is on the left not the right

GIVEN:
- I am on the search/all recipes page
WHEN:
- I search something in the text input and the search history dropdown appears
THEN:
- I should see a search history dropdown displays over everything else on the page
AND has an 'x' to close it at the top right
AND has a drop shadow is on the left
