Bringing more functionality to the project configuration tool!

Configuration

Overview

This pull request brings in the ability for the user to add a folder of either test or train files in addition to being able to add individual files as was previously done.

This PR also brings in a couple more methods to help with integrating into the rest of the project in a maintainable way.
