We need to automatically select hyperparameters in a systematic way for each of our algorithms. This needs research and implementation.

Adding points to it because I want to come up with a system that doesn't resort to hard coding values and is easy to add new algorithms to.

I haven't had as much time as I'd like to look into this, but yes, I'd like to see it done.
