Provide an easier way to exclude files / folders from the sharing session #306

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In CodeTogether 4.1 extensive support for globbing patterns in CodeTogether was added so users have extensive control over what files should not be shared to other session participants. This is great.

What I'd like is an easy way to restrict access to a file that doesn't entail making manual entries in the .codetogether.ignore file.

Describe the solution you'd like How about a right-click action on a file/folder in Host Explorer to "Exclude from CodeTgoether sessions" when session is active? Clicking the action would exclude an individual file or all files / folders contained within a folder. Should also be able to un-click the setting to restore sharing easily.
