Add "Presenter Mode" (1 writer, >32 read-only participants) #338

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We've had feedback from educators that they'd like to enable more than 32 read-only users to join a session so students and follow along and explore code during an educational session.

Describe the solution you'd like In "Presenter Mode" there would be a single host / writer and >32 (unlimited?) read-only participants allowed. This would be useful in education, online code session streaming, and local/remote conference presentations.

To be considered if we support Strict Driver Mode (#346).
