Explicit choice for Shared Cursor or Private Cursor when joining session #353

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When joining, some sessions are for coding at the same time, some are for investigation/exploring together. CodeTogether defaults to optimizing for exploration, but we should make it easier to do coding too.

Describe the solution you'd like When joining a session, let the user decide if they want to start with a shared cursor or private cursor, basically if starting in their own room or a shared room.

Describe alternatives you've considered A user can decide to go alone once joining a session.
