Provide ability to force to follow #376

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There are cases when for example, after independent browsing participants would like to get back to following only one user. Currently, each of them has to perform an action to start to follow a given user.

Describe the solution you'd like Session participants should have the ability to bring everyone to their location.
