Per conversations with Scott on 2023-03-04, the HIERR app will expose a route that can export Pol.is survey data in CSV for loading into the state's geodatabase.

I started a basic router for this in my commit afd91995a16e5ea281dbd789900d212c17e8d0da . @avenmia you will likely have to pick this up from me to get pol.is data once your data model is in place :)
