2022-02-28: Add unsubscribe info to signup text. #140

If someone enters the wrong phone number, a text is sent to someone who knows nothing about the system. In particular, there is no information in the text that helps the innocent bystander stop the texts. Might want to at least put in the message "Reply 'STOP' if you don't want to receive further texts from this Buncombe County Court Reminders system."

We should also identify the site in the message.
