To ensure that our code is production grade we want a CI/CD pipeline.

Do we want to create unit tests first BEFORE implementing a CI/CD pipeline or vice versa (I'd imagine vice versa)?
What kind of CI/CD platform do we want to use?
Do we want to introduce "checkers" and other bits of dev software to this pipeline as well?

I'm working on some pipelineing software but its a fairly large project. I want it to integrate with Discord.
