Error with canonical: http://mitre.org/gdx #23

I think the "canonical: http://mitre.org/gdx" is causing errors with the "Directory of published versions" link on the live webpage for the supplemental IG. The link is broken, pointing to "http://mitre.org/gdx/history.html". Please take a look.

@crow1time - this is a known error that is tied to any IG that is not yet formally published so I would ignore it.
