Background

We need to support grads in making informed decisions about their futures. Group messaging and discussions are limited in supporting this, as we can't write specific messages that target everyone. We should aim to lay out the options for grads clearly and factually and then give them space to decide. I expect that this is only possible in a call or F2F discussion.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Write guide to call
[ ] Message community setting up 1-2-1s
[ ] Ask/think if there are volunteers who can support
[ ] Prepare onward steps (light touch)*
[ ] chase 1-2-1s
[ ] Aim for 50% of engaged grads this sprint minimum
[ ] Track in grad tracker
