Have a call with the hiring team for the role to identify what would make a successful candidate. This will help us shortlist the right people.

We should identify the following requirements:

• [x] How do they want to receive applications? (emailed directly, company sends link)
• [ ] What will the application steps be? (CV shortlisting, screening call, tech test, initial interview, second interview etc.) - tbc
• [ ] What extra support can we offer?
• [ ] Will they do a Q&A call?
