Background

Following ticket #135 - we need to refine the eligibility criteria for the role before sharing it with graduates.

This should be based on the discussions and standard application criteria.

Acceptance criteria

[x] Criteria are listed in Yes/No statements
[x] Any specific criteria are added to the standard criteria (i.e. cloud module completion, willingness to relocate to Reading etc.)
