We need to create all the necessary forms and folders to efficiently collect any required material for candidates applying for the role using criteria from #

Acceptance criteria

Create the following

[x] A secure folder for the role and forms
[x] An open folder for CVs
[x] An open folder for Cover Letters (if needed)
