Background

We've recruited 5 volunteer interviewers and added them to adm-review channel. Now we need to provide them with the necessary materials.

Volunteer equipped with

[x] Access to shared review doc
[x] Access to CV
[x] Access to Portfolios
[x] Access to Written answers
[x] Share marking criteria
[x] Share steps, plan of action for getting all reviews done
