Have a call with the hiring team for the role to identify what would make a successful candidate. This will help us shortlist the right people.

[ ] Key dates (Deadlines for CVs sent to the company, when interviews will be, when the successful candidate will start)
[ ] How many CVs do they want?
[ ] Do they want anything accompanying CV (Cover letter, portfolio, tech test)
[ ] How do they want to receive applications? (emailed directly, company sends link)
[ ] What will the application steps be? (CV shortlisting, screening call, tech test, initial interview, second interview etc.)
[ ] What extra support can we offer?
[ ] Will they do a Q&A call?
