Heya Barny - I can see the message has already deleted itself but it’s still in my side bar! Don’t know how I missed this 10:32 I’ve still got Gayle in process 10:35 For the others; this is completely on me - but I think my expectations were too high/misaligned. The kind of person thats suitable for the role is quite unique and I should have asked you to do a pre-screen first rather than getting peoples hopes up in applying 10:35 It’s a good learning for me 10:38 I did first stage interviews with quite a few people but when it came down to it, it was often mastery of english or confidence that held them back. I should have know this going in (there are few people who should know it as well as me!) but it was a blind spot New 10:38 I don’t think it was so bad with any of them that it would stop them getting an Engineering job - it’s just that coach is so language and confidence based that it’s a blocker for me
