Background Following successful pushing from volunteers KPMG potentially have the capacity to support financially and through hires. The volunteer needs top produce a business case for team and we can support. More context on slack

Hi @Barny-6 , Can you let me know what exactly do you need help with here? It sounds like they are asking for a standard value pitch for what we do with other orgs. We have the 3-pager summary, the opportunities document, that acts partially as a business case.

Have you already shared a version of these docs with Michael? Send them something so that they can give feedback on what they expect.
