Only 1 CYF grad is still in the process

Feedback from Sigma Labs: 1) Graduates need to improve how they discuss their projects and focus much more on the technical build of their project more than just 'what it does.' 2) Graduates need to improve how they discuss CYF and focus on their achievements and what they've learnt and not 'what a lovely group of people they are' 3) The communication, confidence and language expectations were very high and created the biggest barrier. However, Chris said that he'd expect them to do well in a non-coaching role.

Feedback from Sigma I’ve still got Graduate in process. For the others; this is completely on me - but I think my expectations were too high/misaligned. The kind of person thats suitable for the role is quite unique and I should have asked you to do a pre-screen first rather than getting peoples hopes up in applying. I did first-stage interviews with quite a few people, but when it came down to it, it was often mastery of english or confidence that held them back. I should have know this going in (there are few people who should know it as well as me!) but it was a blind spot. I don’t think it was so bad with any of them that it would stop them getting an Engineering job - it’s just that coach is so language and confidence based that it’s a blocker for me.
