To start recruiting new Employability volunteers we should review previous attempts at building an employability team. This should include the following attempts:

• Global Employability Team
• Regional Employability Teams
• Working with regions\
• Career Mentors
• Employability curriculum team

Acceptance criteria

For each attempt include

• [ ] Number of volunteers
• [ ] TIme of trial
• [ ] Role descriptions
• [ ] General description of team
• [ ] Strengths and weaknesses
