Background

After sharing the role with graduates (https://github.com/CodeYourFuture/Barny/issues/86) we need to follow up and check how many people have applied for the role. The goal candidates were set in https://github.com/CodeYourFuture/Barny/issues/86

Acceptance criteria

[x] If the target is not met, then check who has engaged with the role post and choose appropriate actions to target likely applications. Update the following ticket with actions
