Background

Based on https://github.com/CodeYourFuture/Barny/issues/88. The candidate goal is not reached, so follow these steps for chasing candidates.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] All eligible (cloud completers) candidates are contacted
[ ] Recieve Yes/No/Maybe from 80% of eligible grads
[ ] Contact first via slack channel -> Dm -> email -> call
