Background: Engagement in GLA6 was low. After a lot of consideration and collaboration via various staff members, I took these actions

Consider the impact of engagement emails to GLA6 such as

#800 Responses to community form: 27 so far (3rd April)
https://github.com/CodeYourFuture/CYF-Staff-Tickets/issues/872 (email sent on 3rd of April)
- See how responses increased following this in comparison to email above
- So far 1 x additional course completer has shared their goals doc for Portfolio 3

Consider both in relation to:

What engagement was like for Portfolio 3
How the Spring community event went

Completion Criteria

[ ] Consider impact in comparisons to time spent
[ ] Consider the relevance to future work like this to my new global role - should this be handed over, or should I continue to take actions like this since I am in Glasgow
