stub db backup and init workshop #188

cause there aren't any!

This is for DB week 2, a light wrapper around Zsolt's new db level, just showing them how to backup and reinit because I know trainees get really bogged down in that issue every class.

Please feel free to revise right on the PR and get it merged. We are on a tight deadline.

I haven't linked to the level because it isn't merged yet and in case it moves around. Instead I've just said go to the repo.

@Dedekind561 is away so instead of blocking the entire DB module, I'm going to merge this imperfect thing and hope for revisions later
