Allow graduates and volunteers to self organise for the Portfolio Module

Background

We have launched the Portfolio Module as well as the Cloud Module. Both groups need access to resources such as syllabus, meeting links, and required prep work. The resources have been set up in a canvas for the respective channels/teams.

Acceptance criteria

• [x] Resource links setup
• [x] Message everyone involved to organise and agree on times to meet on Saturday and mid-week check in.
