Background: This is a list of administrative tasks that need to be completed before a cohort starts

Definition of Done: The following items need to be completed by the PM or the Cohort leader ahead of the course start:

1. update slides

2. Admin

• [x] complete venue risk assessment
• [x] Update inkind sheet
• [x] create and share central assignment sheet with homework markers
• [x] send list of trainees signed up for the course to lead trainer

3. Update assignments to include course dates

• [x] Entry assessment
• [x] Week 1 at-home assignment
• [x] Week 2 at-home assignment
• [x] Week 3 at-home assignment
• [x] Exit assessment
