Add note about solving date requirement #317

Changelist

Add a note to last requirement of the Form Controls exercise, noting that fully meeting the requirement is difficult.

This is an attempt to mitigate rabbitholing (from both trainees and volunteers) into JS Date objects, while still allowing trainees to explore HTML validation and considering how they could solve the requirement without actually getting into the details.
